This policy covers our website and marketing. Data you process through the SyncBuilder platform as a customer is governed by your service agreement.

Information you give us — when you fill in a contact, partnership or expertise form, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and message.

Information collected automatically — when you visit the site we collect limited technical and usage data (such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type) through analytics, as described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data through the website.

To respond to your enquiries and provide the information or demo you request — based on our legitimate interest or steps taken at your request.

To send you our newsletter where you subscribed — based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, acting as processors on our behalf: our email provider (Microsoft 365) to deliver and answer messages, Plausible for cookieless analytics, and Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) where you have accepted those cookies.

Our website and the SyncBuilder platform are hosted in the European Union. Some providers (such as Google) may process data outside the EU; where they do, this is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep form and newsletter submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing relationship, and then delete or anonymise them. Analytics data is retained for a limited period in line with the providers' settings.
